Please note: This policy applies only to printed products. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Products Eligible for Return:
- Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or production errors, we will gladly replace your order free of charge.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is incorrect due to our error, we will send you a replacement with the correct product at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Information Required: In your email, please include your order number, a description of the issue with your order, and (if applicable) photos of the damage.

Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us at your own expense.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.
Refunds and Replacements:
- Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition, we will process a full refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding original shipping costs) or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned product.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized printed products, such as albums or calendars.

1. Introduction

- A non-refundable retainer fee of at least 33% is required to book a session. The remaining balance is due 8 days before the event day or same day if a portrait session
- Photographer accepts payment via online, Zelle, Venmo or cash . Absolutely no checks

- This website is not designed to take any payments. You will not be asked to submit any payment information through this website.

4. Copyright and Usage
- Photographer retains all copyrights to the images created.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives a non-exclusive license for PERSONAL use of the images.
- Client may not alter the images without Photographer's written consent.
- Client agrees to credit Photographer when posting images online.
- Photographer is not responsible for any alterations or usage of the images by an unauthorized third party.
5. Delivery
- Images will be delivered to the client in digital format via We Transfer, or Pixiset within 15 business days of the session is is a portrait session or a non wedding event, Wedding galleries will be deliver between 8-12 weeks A Sneak Peek(15-25 images) will be send a week after the wedding
- Photographer will archive the images for one year after delivery.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Client must cancel or reschedule a session at least 3 days in advance to avoid forfeiting the retainer fee.
- Photographer reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness). In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
7. Disclaimer
Photographer will use reasonable care in capturing and editing images. However, Photographer cannot guarantee specific results or be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the images.
8. Limitation of Liability
Photographer's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the client for the photography services.
9. Termination
Photographer may terminate these Terms and deny access to the Website for any violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
